In 1989, The company observed great demand in the industrial demand for toll blending. Thus Fair Chem Pte Ltd was incorporated in 1989. This company leveraged on its already extensive network of customers to then provide a production solution for companies through toll blending (contract Manufacturing).

by the early 2000s, Fair Chem Industries Private Limited ("Fair Chem") was and still is a leading integrated Toll-blending provider offering one-stop, end-to-end production chain management solutions and services.

Fair Chem’s facilities host one of the best material handling equipment, and the most up-to-date safety and security features. It has jacketed tanks that are capable of handling heating and cooling requirements and laboratory to do testing before filling it into the packaging.

Fair Chem’s also provides a Value add warehousing solutions and services that include general cargo storage and dangerous cargo.

In 2022, Fair Chem was acquired by GKE group and became a wholly owned subsidiary as part of its Strategic Investment portfolio. 

GKE is listed on the Catalist Board of Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited under stock code 595 since 2003.
